Dream Look Eye Lifts

I like this product.I signed up to receive it one time each month.

I have a different address in the summer than winter. I called to notify them of my address change. They sent the next shipment to the old address. It was returned to the company and my account cancelled.

I called and requested it start again. I was told it would. The same thing happened again. Although they now have my correct address they again cancelled my account and credited back my payment.

This has now happened for a third time.I've tried to speak to a supervisor but "they're busy helping other customers." Is there another company that will actually deliver the promised product?

Hi Cheryl,

Victoria McGill offers a product that achieves the same results: www.VictoriaMcGill.com/

Full disclosure - I work at VME, so I'm obviously biased. But I can also make sure that your order is handled correctly. ;-)

Best Regards,

Steve

Dream Look Scam

I got on line to check out this dream look eye lifter. I was silly enough to give them my credit card, expecting as have many time, to be able to review the charges before pressing the submit button. That did not happen. They took my credit care and THEN gave me the bill. I was agast at the charges. They not only charged me for my order but charged me for an order (that according to their website) was not supposed to be shipped for at least 6 weeks after I received my order and decided if I wanted to continue with the product. So now I have an additional $15.00 in shipping charges that are not refundable. Plus I had to pay to return the item.

I have called, e-mailed and I have yet to talk to a person. They call here during the day when I am at work and when I call the next day, the lady assures me no one from that office called me. It must have been a wrong number Then the lady calls me at 5:30 am in the morning. Lucky for her I was at the gym. Again, I called the number she gave me only this time the phone just rings and rings. No one ever answered that phone.

I have sent e-mails and they have not responded. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau (what a joke). I have contact the Attorney General's office in their state; have no heard one word from them.

I wish I knew a better way to get the word out about this scamming business. Even American Express cannot help me. I am out $40.00 in shipping charges. What a rip. They don't have to sell the product they are making all their money off of shipping and handling charges.

Dream Look - DreamLooks Eye Lift

Stockton, California 0 comments

The DreamLook sites check out is very deceiving. You will get charged more than $19.99.

They ask if you want more for the same cost and you don't see the amount until after you pay! It came to approximately $71. Fortunately, you can call and speak to a representative to make changes to your order. The lifts work, but you can see them everytime you look down or blink.

I consistently had people ask me what was on my eye lid.....darn! What a waste of money because I don't want negative attention brought to my eyes!

I guess surgery is the only answer....sad!:(

Beware of Dream Look Sales Practices

Jasper, Arkansas 2 comments

After ordering Dream Look Eye Lifters they have charged me another $19.99.They intend to charge me that amount every month.

They claim I ordered a monthly supply at $19.99 per month. I did not. Beware. Its a rip-off.

Their customer service person hung up on me when I tried to resolve the issue. I've notified the Better Business Bureaus in TN and CT.

I would recommend that no one order this product. The business is hoping no one will look at their bank statements and that the charges will just continue to go on indefinitely.

I had the same experience with Dream Look. They ask for your card at the start on their website.

Yes, I know should have been a huge warning for me. Anyways, I clicked NO to all their offers, and at the end I had 2 extra orders in my card, along with more processing charges. They do not allow you to view your card first before the order is complete. It just says at the end THANK YOU for your order.

I immediately called to cancel the order, and send emails as well. I was told it was canceled, but then it arrived almost 2 weeks later and they charged my card. I called them again to have it fully refunded, but they said they will not refund the shipping $25.00. Now I see how they make money.

Its a SCAM.I of course placed the charge in dispute with my bank.

Dream Look - Overcharged

Seattle, Washington 1 comment

Do not order Dream Look Eye Lift adhesive strips or believe you get double for your money. They deceptively charge you more.

Advertisement says you can get product for $19.99 with approximately $8.00 shipping, but get double the order for only another $8.00 shipping cost. The cost turned out to be $71.00 instead of $36.00.

Also there was no way to cancel order online after they show you the total price as it did not have normal "confirm price and information" as other companies do.

You also will not be able to cancel your order by phone as you will get no one to answer your call.

buyer beware- I ordered Dream look eye lift tape - thinking that I would only have to pay 19.99 to order- no so - they use very deceptive practices at check out and my total was 71.78- plus I am now enrolled in a monthly service- I better not have a problem getting my money back- who care what their *** product does- I would not trust any "as seen on TV" offers at all- of course customer service was closed- better get my money back- I have posted on every place I can- poor reviews for a rip off web site for sure-

I just had the same experience...wish I had checked out this site first.Their checkout was VERY misleading.

Also, when you go to order the product, they give you a 30-day money-back guarantee (less S/H) while on TV they claimed 60-days!Now I have to spend time trying to get through to customer service to cancel...I'm sure they will make that strategically difficult, too!
