After ordering Dream Look Eye Lifters they have charged me another $19.99. They intend to charge me that amount every month. They claim I ordered a monthly supply at $19.99 per month. I did not. Beware. Its a rip-off. Their customer service person hung up on me when I tried to resolve the issue. I've notified the Better Business Bureaus in TN and CT. I would recommend that no one order this product. The business is hoping no one will look at their bank statements and that the charges will just continue to go on indefinitely. 128c301

Yes, I know should have been a huge warning for me. Anyways, I clicked NO to all their offers, and at the end I had 2 extra orders in my card, along with more processing charges. They do not allow you to view your card first before the order is complete. It just says at the end THANK YOU for your order. I immediately called to cancel the order, and send emails as well. I was told it was canceled, but then it arrived almost 2 weeks later and they charged my card. I called them again to have it fully refunded, but they said they will not refund the shipping $25.00. Now I see how they make money. Its a SCAM. I of course placed the charge in dispute with my bank. |
